Terms and conditions for Ad Publishing Job (monthly basis payment scheme)

All new members must read the IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS given here.

1. Our home based job scheme is open to one and all including employed/unemployed/individuals/ladies/retired personnel/students.

2. This registration will be valid for 6 (Six) months.

3. At the time of filling registration form , memorize your user id and password .We shall activate your  user id and password within 48 hours .By this user name and password you can login to member’s  area of our website to get  all the working material.(Note: Registration amount is Non-Refundable).

4. In order to get paid ,every month you have to do a minimum 300 no. of correct Ad publishing (either in scheme 1 or scheme 2 or scheme 3).

5. If you publish less than minimum target of Ads in a month, then you won't be paid for that month but the 50% correct publishing ads will be carried forward to the next month.

6. We will provide you 100 links every month in order to achieve your minimum target.

7. We accept only Free Classified sites. Do not publish the Ad in Cgi, Cgi-Bin, Blogs, Forum, same extension links, Under Same Resistant, Same Side or any Sub domains otherwise the publish will be canceled.

8. In which website you will publish the ad matter must contain India, Other or Non USA option.

9.At the time of registration or posting in the classified sites always Use Company's profile otherwise post will be canceled. (Note: As location our first preference is Kolkata. If the city are not available then you can chose any other city in India.)

10.Below 30 days validity ad will not be accepted.

11.When we will check the report we just click the links of your report page. After the link page get open if our ad matter will show then we will pay for that publishing, otherwise not.

12.If we found any one repeat publishing in same side in same month then that publish will be cancel & we will deduct Rs.500/ from your total monthly income as penalty.

13.In a single time you can work with a single computer. If you work more than one computer with single registration in same time, your registration will be cancel.

14.All Ad postings are to be done manually & record of each posting maintained. No software to be used for posting of ads. Members must work themselves. They cannot employ/ hire individuals to work on their behalf.

15.You have to submit your monthly report within every 30 days from the date of registration.

16.Payments will made within 10 days of submitting report.

17.Payments will made via fund transfer or a/c payee cheque.

18.The Management reserves the right to terminate the work of any Member. If the members disregards/violates the company Terms & Conditions or when the member is not taking active interest in the work or not sending reports regularly for more than three months or for posting ads on Banned Sites.

19. All disputes are Subject to under Kolkata jurisdiction
